Your Key Responsibilities
  • System Installation & Maintenance: Lead the way in installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of fire and security systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, and access control.

  • Technical Problem-Solving: Diagnose issues quickly and efficiently, troubleshooting to ensure every system is running at optimal performance.

  • Outstanding Customer Service: Act as a trusted partner to our clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their security needs are met.

  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, ensuring your work always meets legal and company standards.

  • Documentation: Keep everything in check by completing accurate service reports, risk assessments, and system testing documents.

What We Need From You
  • Experience: Proven expertise in the installation, service, and maintenance of fire and security systems (fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms).

  • Driving: A valid UK driving license-company vehicle provided.

  • Certifications: FIA, NSI, ECS card, or equivalent certifications are desirable.

  • Technical Prowess: Strong fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.

  • Communication: Excellent customer communication skills with a professional, friendly approach.

  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously, but also collaborate effectively within the team.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of current fire and security standards and regulations.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the London area as needed.
