Plumber Multi Trade - Fridays to Tuesdays - #1740371

This job is working every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 8am to 5pm every week. TThis will include whenever these days fall on public holidays.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit experienced Plumber Multi Traders with additional skills such as basic carpentry & electrics, patch plastering, tiling skills. The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The job requires work and travel across North London as required. We are looking for people who live locally and are happy to travel.

Experienced Plumber Multi Traders

The role is to -

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works – social housing
• Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

• Full valid UK manual driving licence (Not EU or automatic licence)
• Own tools
• Experience of working in social housing preferred
• DBS certificate
• Available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday every week including public holidays
