• £26k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £60k
• One graduate has made over £12,000 in commission since he joined 3 monthsago!

The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients (phone andface-to-face)
• Identify and engage new business to understand their hiring needs
• Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, recruiter searches andheadhunting
• Prepare candidates for interviews and coach them for success
• Manage feedback, close placements, and ensure satisfaction for both parties
