Behaviour Support Mentor - Secondary - Haringey Location: Haringey, North London Job Type: Full-time, Term-time only Pay: £90-£110 per day (based on experience)

A well-regarded secondary school in Haringey is seeking a Behaviour Support Mentor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping young people build better habits and thrive in a structured school environment.

You'll support students with behaviour challenges, helping them stay engaged, regulate emotions, and make positive choices. Your impact will be felt in improved attendance, classroom engagement, and emotional wellbeing.

Role Highlights:

• Offer targeted mentoring to individual students and small groups
• Work with staff to apply consistent behaviour strategies
• Support emotional and behavioural development
• Build trust and rapport with students as a positive role model

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with young people in schools, mentoring or youth work
• Can remain calm and effective under pressure
• Communicates confidently and works well with others
• Is committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable learners
• Holds (or is willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
