Location: This role can be based at our Brighton or London office, on a hybrid model. Minimum 2 days in the office.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our vibrant and collaborative team. You will be at the heart of delivering world-class, innovative solutions for our clients in the healthcare marketing sector. You’ll coordinate strategic, creative, and digital teams to plan and execute projects to the highest standard. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting new business initiatives, growth activities, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for projects, maintaining awareness of status, next steps, and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and client services.
  • Develop and manage project plans, to accurately plan resource needs.
  • Oversee financials of individual projects, performing weekly reviews and reconciliations.
  • Manage third-party vendors contributing to projects.
  • Proactively resolve project issues with a solutions-focused approach.
    • Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive agency brand visibility and engagement.
    • Support in facilitating and planning aspects of new business pitches, proposals, and growth-focused initiatives, specifically with regards to resource management, managing QC, supporting production and logistics.
    • Support with tracking and reporting on business growth activities.
    • Help coordinate internal teams to develop compelling content and campaigns that support new business and marketing efforts.
Skills And Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a marketing agency.
  • Experience managing a variety of projects including digital, print, video, experiential, and social media
  • Healthcare marketing experience, with knowledge of regulatory processes desirable.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and strong technical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Creative, innovative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
