A leading charity is looking to hire a Product Manager to work alongside the Head of Product to deliver the overall product strategy. This will include delivering strategic direction for new features, enhancements and capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
- Develop product strategies aligned with team goals, focusing on user and business
- Communicate strategy through a clear product vision and roadmap
- Utilise data and analytics to inform product decisions and regularly report on KPIs
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to junior Product Owners
Experience:
- Proven track record of success as a Product Owner and leading teams
- Experience of agile delivery processes, designing robust user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Adept at measuring products against key performance indicators including reach, conversion and user satisfaction
