To ensure the consistent delivery of operational Facilities Management (FM) services across the regional portfolio, and the management of Health & Safety Risk ensuring full compliance across the portfolio. This role will line manage the regional team and manage a portfolio of investor propertie

  • se:To manage the regional Facilities Management team and to act as focal point for all day to day operational matters within delegated reg
  • ionResponsible for Risk Management and Statutory Compliance and team’s performance within reg
  • ionResponsible for ensuring operational consistency across the region and team according to the policy and the National FM business p
  • lanEnsure procurement of regional services is completed according to LSH process & procedures and to the agreed cy
  • cleEnsure the correct contract documentation and commercial terms are in place for each outsourced FM serv
  • iceResponsible for the performance measurement and management of regional contractor base according to SLA’s and KP
  • I’sEnsure utility management and LSH processes are adhered to and any issues are resolved with LSH’s utility consult
  • antDeliver and Facilitate service delivery to the agreed FM standards across region consisten

  • nce:Significant operational management experience or background in related FM discip
