Role Overview:

MFS are looking for a graphic designer to join our team. We are growing and are looking for someone with passion and talent for design to join us on our journey, to develop our brand, and showcase our personality as well as our experience, to the wider market.

Graphic Designer Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, produce and deliver creative and impactful designs for digital and print media off an initial brief.
• Contribute to campaign discussions, offering a design perspective.
• Produce responsive graphics and assets to support content across our websites.
• Develop and update images and maintain system to manage all digital assets.
• Work on our website to create new webpages that are fit for purpose and champion client experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer, Marketing Manager, Digital Manager and Deputy CoM.
• Quarterly creation of sales assets, including Brochures, Reports and Pitch Decks.
• Be the guardian of the brand, ensuring the brand guidelines are evolving but also thoughtfully and consistently implemented in all internal and external communications.
• Offering creative input across the board, including new initiatives.
• Video filming and editing of short videos.

Graphic Designer Role Requirements:

• Experienced in designing corporate digital and print media.
• Experienced in collaborating with senior and high-level executive staff.
• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design (preferred).
• High level proficiency in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/AfterEffects).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, emphasis on PowerPoint.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Ability to differentiate look and feel for each stakeholder group dependent on their requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• A flair for creativity.
• An eye for the details.
