What You Will Do

• Provide proactive, high-leverage support to both required departments
• Manage multiple principals and their teams as required
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands
• Support frequent international travel, investor roadshows, meetings, and team events
• Contribute to a positive office culture through collaboration and teamwork
• Handle and prioritise a high volume of requests while serving as a concierge/gatekeeper for trading floor demands
