We’re looking for experienced architectural Project Managers to join our fast-paced and fiercely creative team in London – people who thrive on complexity, collaboration, and bringing ambitious ideas to life.

At Heatherwick, design leads the way, and our Project Managers are the calm in the creative storm. You’ll partner with design and technical leaders, turning extraordinary ideas into real-world success stories. From setting up scopes and fee proposals to steering complex timelines and risk strategies, you’ll keep projects thriving, resource budgets balanced, and teams energised.

You’ll need a background in architecture, be seriously project savvy, and the confidence to manage client relationships and commercial plans. No two projects are the same, so adaptability is key – and learning ‘the Heatherwick way’ will be a rewarding journey.

Expect support, mentorship, and plenty of space to grow. You’ll work across different typologies and levels of seniority, sharing lessons, shaping delivery strategies, and helping build exciting projects.

What You Need

• At least 5 years’ experience in a solely Project Management role
• Degree and Master’s in architecture (or similar)
