Are you a seasoned testing professional ready to take the lead on high-impact projects?
As a Test Lead at the heart of our Change function, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing test strategies across a range of internal projects. Reporting to the CoE Test Manager and working within the PMO’s governance, you’ll lead a team of test analysts, collaborate closely with IT and Change teams, and ensure the highest standards of quality and delivery. From planning and documentation to mentoring and managing stakeholders, this role offers the opportunity to drive testing excellence while guiding your team through complex, fast-paced initiatives.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Substantial Test Lead role experience;
- Experience in Azure technologies and working in an Agile/DevOps environment;
- Can also be hands on and carry out testing with the team;
- Able to take the lead and set technical standards and embed them within the team;
- Experience designing test strategies (SIT, UAT, NFT) and exposure to SDLC;
- Experience managing onshore and offshore team of testers and management of testing activities from third party vendors.
