Reeson Education is currently seeking skilled Teaching Assistants to join for the upcoming academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for flexible daily work or long-term positions in Primary schools across North London.
As a supply Teaching Assistant, candidates will have the chance to work in a variety of Primary school settings, supporting students in their learning journey. Experience and proficiency in Phonics, literacy, and numeracy will be highly valuable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers in delivering Phonics, literacy, and numeracy lessons
- Assisting with small group or 1:1 interventions to enhance students' skills and understanding.
- Creating engaging learning materials and resources.
- Providing individualised support to students with varying abilities.
- Collaborating with teachers to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Phonics, literacy, and numeracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach when working with students.
- A flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in different school environments.
