The Role
As an Operations Planning Analyst for Deckers EMEA, you will be a key link in the Operations Planning team, driving insights to balance demand and supply at the DTC level to improve service of in-season activities.
You will assess service performance to identify continual improvement opportunities and operating risks. In conjunction with the Planning Operations Manager, you will propose and deliver digitization initiatives supporting the planning pillar within EMEA Operations.
Your role will involve analyzing, interpreting, and reporting service trends, making recommendations to ensure an optimized approach to planning operations.

Your Impact
- Analyze: Inventory data and market trends to identify issues that could disrupt the supply chain.
- Implement: Strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Track and Report: On key metrics, particularly demand trends and forecast variance.
- Partner: With the demand planning team on supply chain planning activities.
- Provide Insights: Visualize data for reports and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate: With EMEA and Global teams to develop and maintain best technical solutions and processes.
- Support: The Planning Operations Manager in executing the short to mid-term operational plan.
- Advocate: For change in driving consistency across EMEA planning processes.

Who You Are
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across the organization
- Numerical and analytical with the ability to translate data and analysis into insights and actions
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of the requirements of Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the end consumer
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Knowledgeable in Supply Chain theory, inventory metrics, and data visualization techniques
- Proficient in Inventory Management and Forecasting, Logistics and Distribution Planning, Data literacy, and quantitative analysis
- Excellent database and Excel skills
