  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents before, during, and after works
  • Issue letters, notices, and schedules of works to residents
  • Arrange and attend tenant consultation meetings and property surveys
  • Manage access to properties for surveys, works, and inspections
  • Handle queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and sensitively
  • Keep residents informed of progress, changes, and potential disruptions
  • Record all resident interactions and maintain accurate logs
  • Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and project teams to ensure a seamless delivery
  • Promote a positive image of the company and the works being carried out
  • Support vulnerable residents to ensure additional needs are met
