- Serve as the main point of contact for residents before, during, and after works
- Issue letters, notices, and schedules of works to residents
- Arrange and attend tenant consultation meetings and property surveys
- Manage access to properties for surveys, works, and inspections
- Handle queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and sensitively
- Keep residents informed of progress, changes, and potential disruptions
- Record all resident interactions and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and project teams to ensure a seamless delivery
- Promote a positive image of the company and the works being carried out
- Support vulnerable residents to ensure additional needs are met
