RECEPTION AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION ASSISTANT:A well-established organisation in the travel industry is seeking a Reception and Customer Information Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. With over 70 years of trusted service in the UK, this role offers the opportunity to support customers and visitors while delivering high-quality administrative support.RECEPTION AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Managing reception duties including greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, forwarding messages and keeping the area tidy
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, kitchen stock and ensuring shared areas are clean and well-stocked throughout the day
- Coordinating meeting room bookings, ordering and setting up catering, and supporting office and social events
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, booking couriers and processing postal cases accurately
- Monitoring the Customer Information inbox, drafting correspondence and handling sensitive information in line with GDPR
- Supporting with health and safety checks, facilities inductions and managing the office in the absence of the Office Manager
- Assisting the Events team and undertaking ad hoc tasks as requested by the Office Manager or Director of Operations
- Minimum 12 months of administrative or customer service experience
- Must be immediately available
