We are growing our sales team and are looking for a Sales Development Representative to play a key role in our expansion. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. You will be a part of our fast-growing organisation working across our Oslo, Berlin, and London offices. We are constantly looking for ways to improve both the team and the team members and we strive to be a little bit better tomorrow than we were yesterday.

Location
This role is based in London, with flexibility to work remotely as part of our agile working policy.
Responsibilities
- Utilise CRM tools, cold calling, and email outreach to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and set up meetings between prospects and sales executives.
- Track progress towards sales goals, analyse pipeline data, and report results to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments to refine outreach strategies.
- Leverage networking events, trade shows, and digital sales tools (LinkedIn, CRM, sales intelligence platforms) to generate leads and improve sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant work experience).
- Previous experience in B2B sales development is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to track pipeline and manage leads effectively.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in another European language is a plus.
