Director / Senior Vice President, Investment, Data Centre, (Based in London, United Kingdom) - #1744173

The Role

This position will primarily be involved in the Group’s Data Centre investment activities, including site selection, asset acquisitions, development projects as well as M&A within Europe and UK region.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies, as well as pursuing and evaluating business opportunities locally and overseas.
• Drives growth of the real estate portfolio by building relationships and supporting the origination of new investments and business opportunities
• Formulate market entry/exit strategies to ensure higher returns upon disposition and complete deep-dive analytic reviews to seek new opportunities that could increase profitability and flow through.
• Develop and implement a sound business plan for sourcing acquisition or investment opportunities, including specific strategies designed to achieve short and long-term growth and profit objectives.
• Lead in the investment transactions from end-to-end, including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modeling) and deal execution.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
• At least 15 years’ relevant working experience in Europe and/or UK real estate investments and asset acquisitions.
• Proven track record to originate, evaluate, underwrite and execute deals.
• Resourceful, a keen analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling are essential.
• Good financial product knowledge, possess experience in site selection, business development and / or development management experience in Data Centres properties investment preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
