About Us

Legl is a fast-growing, B2B regtech/fintech platform with a mission to bring the legal industry into the 21st century. We’re backed by some of the best venture investors in Europe (Series B) and we are scaling quickly on our next phase of growth.

Our mission is to make legal services work better for law firms and their clients. Since launching just over 4 years ago, we’re proud to partner with over 450 law firms, including 40 of the UK’s top 200, and some of their regulated clients as well.

The Legl team is agile, ambitious, and collaborative. We’re not an environment that suits everyone - we thrive on breaking down problems to their essence, understanding the customer, making decisions quickly, and the mindset that every day matters. For the right individuals, this is an opportunity to thrive, be rewarded, and work on exciting, impactful projects alongside talented, like-minded people, while learning and developing at a fast pace.

The Role

We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager – Integrations to drive the development and delivery of integrations that connect Legl with the wide legaltech landscape- supporting law firms with connected, streamlined experiences.

This role is focused on building integration capabilities that support Legl’s platform and customer outcomes. You’ll define the vision and roadmap for integrations, act as the connective tissue between internal teams and external partners, and own the end-to-end product lifecycle for all integration initiatives.

You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Commercial, and be responsible for delivering solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and drive customer value. You’ll also bring product principles—user-centricity, iterative learning, and strategic thinking—to how we build and scale integrations as a product capability.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of customer and partner integrations, working closely with Engineering, Commercial, and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering, translating customer needs and use cases into clear product specs and delivery plans.
  • Drive execution across multiple integration workstreams, managing timelines, blockers, and communication to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define scalable integration solutions, using APIs, webhooks, and no-code tools where appropriate—without needing to write code.
  • Support Commercial teams in pre-sales and customer conversations, bringing technical credibility and helping scope feasible solutions.
  • Continuously improve how we deliver integrations, bringing ideas, structure, and best practices to increase speed, quality, and repeatability.

What You’ll Bring

  • Product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or LegalTech context, with a strong foundation in product principles, discovery, and delivery.
  • Comfortable navigating technical domains: APIs, authentication, data transformation, webhooks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills- you can lead cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and influence without authority.
  • Experience working with external partners or customers on integration design and delivery.
  • Familiarity with no-code / low-code / iPaaS tools (e.g. Zapier, Power Automate, Workato) and when to use them.
  • A structured thinker who is outcomes-focused, comfortable with ambiguity, and excels in fast-paced environments.

What Success Looks Like After 3 Months

  • Developed a strong understanding of Legl’s product, integration capabilities, and LegalTech context - especially around the systems we integrate with and how law firms use them.
  • Built trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, and are seen as a reliable go-to for anything integration-related.
  • Has taken ownership of active integration projects and is driving them forward effectively.
  • Established credibility with key customer and partner stakeholders by engaging confidently and constructively in integration-related conversations.

You Will Have

  • Experience delivering integrations in a LegalTech environment - you understand how law firms operate, their IT stacks and their common integrations with other software.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts like APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and data formats and able to work effectively with engineers, even if you're not one yourself.
  • Customer focussed and outcome oriented, with a track record of gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Strong project management skills - comfortable owning timelines, coordinating across teams, and ensuring integration work progresses smoothly from discovery to deployment.
  • Used or explored no-code or iPaaS tools (e.g. Microsoft Power Automate) to build or spec integrations.
  • A clear and confident communicator, capable of building trust and alignment with senior external stakeholders as well as internal teams.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously, proactively creating clarity and momentum, and adapting as you go.
  • Are structured and organised, able to juggle multiple workstreams, and are comfortable documenting and communicating your work clearly.

What’s In It For You

  • We all share in Legl’s success. Everyone at Legl receives a competitive salary & share options.
  • £250 per year wellbeing budget to spend on anything which contributes to you being your best self
  • Access to support sessions with a professional therapist
  • £1,000 per year L&D budget to prioritise your continued development.
  • We love to get together regularly: from Hackathons to Summer & Winter Parties
  • An opportunity to join a well-funded, highly ambitious post-Series B startup

Diversity

At Legl, we believe that diversity drives innovation and success. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. By embracing diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences, we strengthen our ability to deliver meaningful solutions. We actively encourage applications from individuals of underrepresented communities and are dedicated to creating a workplace where all voices are heard, valued, and respected.
