Looking to kickstart your career in sales and join a fast-growing company making real change? At NORNORM, we help organizations create more flexible and sustainable office spaces. The UK is a key growth market for us – and we’re looking for someone to help us spread the word and uncover new business opportunities.

About NORNORM

NORNORM is a circular scale-up transforming traditional office environments. We specialize in sustainable office furniture and offer a unique subscription model that keeps furniture in circulation between partners, extending its lifespan and supporting flexible, modern ways of working.

About The Role

As a Junior Business Development Representative, you’ll play a vital role within our sales team, helping to identify and engage potential clients as part of our UK expansion. You’ll focus on outbound sales and lead generation – making first contact, generating interest, and booking meetings that move the sales process forward.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Proactive outreach – Identify and reach out to decision-makers at relevant organizations via phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Lead qualification – Understand where NORNORM can add the most value and prioritize the right opportunities.
  • Meeting booking – Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the wider sales team.
  • Relationship nurturing – Stay in touch with potential clients to build trust and keep momentum going.

This is a hybrid role with a preference for in-office collaboration (minimum 3 days per week), and can be structured as either a full-time or part-time position.

About You

This role is open to recent graduates as well as sandwich placement and gap year students looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact sales environment. Whether you’ve completed your degree or are taking a break from your studies, what matters most is your energy, drive, and curiosity about sales and business development.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Results-driven – Motivated by tangible outcomes and building strong client connections.
  • Proactive – Comfortable initiating conversations and identifying new opportunities.
  • A confident communicator – Able to speak with stakeholders at all levels and adapt your style accordingly.
  • Organized and strategic – You bring structure to your approach and always keep your eye out for the next opportunity.

What We Offer

At NORNORM, you’ll get the opportunity to launch your career in one of Europe’s most exciting growth businesses. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Responsibility from day one – A chance to make a real impact in growing our presence across London and the UK.
  • Career progression – Join a supportive, ambitious team with lots of room to learn and develop.
  • A strong culture – Our values are: We care, we dare, we do, we make simple easy – and we live them every day.

Ready to join the journey?

If this sounds like the role for you, send us your application today and help us make UK offices more sustainable and flexible.
