Overview
The Junior Global PR & Influencer Manager’s key responsibilities are to build a digital community of Mini Boden ambassadors through gifting and paid partnerships, partnering effectively with them to create content fit for business purposes, develop UGC content and increase brand awareness across core markets.
Together with the Global PR & Influencer Manager, the Junior Global PR & Influencer Manager will assist in the running of the day-to-day of the Press Office, competently managing media enquiries in a friendly and timely manner, generating editorial leads and proactively seeking out relevant opportunities for the brand.
The Junior Global PR & Influencer Manager will identify, source, execute, monitor and report on global influencer activity and interact and nurture relationships to build a strong Mini Boden community.
Location: 3-4 days per week based at our North Acton Office & 1-2 days WFH

What You Will Do
- Work with the Global PR & Influencer Lead and Global PR & Influencer Manager on an influencer strategy that is in line with Boden brand values that drives brand awareness, positioning and consideration globally.
- Form strong press and influencer contacts across the UK and US in order to build and nurture a strong Boden community, focussing influencer efforts on childrenswear creators and talent. Build relationships with talent agents and develop confidence and skill in negotiating influencer contracts and rates.
- Develop a seasonally relevant plan to ensure timely messaging to press & influencers.
- Work closely with the Global PR & Influencer Assistant on the continued growth of the global influencer gifting programme in order to to drive brand awareness, reach, content creation, and activate creators who possess trackable performance and will drive direct revenue and conversions.
- Identify new and relevant Mini Boden influencers from micro and macro levels who embody the Mini Boden brand values and produce on brand, high quality content with the potential to be used cross functionally. Prepare new creator talent propositions for review and approval by key stakeholders.
- Review content delivery and ensure Boden’s requirements are being met. Work closely with the Product Marketing team to ensure synergy with the wider product strategy and channel specific deliverables including email, web usage etc.
- Together with the Global PR & Influencer Manager, support the management of global agencies on talent recommendations, gifting, events, press office tactics and sampling to drive awareness across core markets.
- Together with the Global PR & Influencer Manager and Global PR & Influencer Assistant, competently organise and host press/ influencer events to budget and in line with seasonal initiatives. Secure strong attendance from the Mini Boden influencer community.
- Work cross-functionally with buying, merchandising, brand, social and product marketing teams to ensure that the right product is selected for talent so that Boden’s image, identity and brand standards are consistently maintained and enforced.
- Show creative thinking and executing ideas that build brand credibility and generate cut through and results
- Together with the Global PR & Influencer Manager, regularly analyse and present reports on PR and Influencer ongoing work and specific activations, reporting on reach, EMV, cost per engagement and revenue.
- Experience in PR and influencer marketing. Previous experience in childrenswear preferred, but not essential.
- Passion and interest in fashion, the arts, food, music and the wider media and influencer landscape.
- Interest and knowledge of global talent, specifically within the USA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
