About The Role
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you’ll contribute across both pre-sales and post-sales activities, supporting customers as they evaluate, adopt, and scale Auquan’s AI solutions. Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll be involved in onboarding, solution mapping, user training, and ensuring continued customer value—building practical experience in client engagement, technical workflows, and applied AI in financial services.
This role offers a strong foundation for professionals interested in developing into consultative, high-impact solutions engineers or customer success leaders over time.

About The Role
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you’ll contribute across both pre-sales and post-sales activities, supporting customers as they evaluate, adopt, and scale Auquan’s AI solutions. Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll be involved in onboarding, solution mapping, user training, and ensuring continued customer value—building practical experience in client engagement, technical workflows, and applied AI in financial services.

What You’ll Do
- Support solution design – Work with clients and senior solution engineers to translate business needs into operational workflows powered by Auquan’s platform.
- Assist with onboarding – Help configure and implement solutions for new clients, contributing to a smooth and successful launch.
- Engage across the lifecycle – Contribute to both pre-sales discovery and post-sales success planning.
- Work with LLMs and AI agents – Help prototype and support use cases involving large language models (LLMs), prompt tuning, and autonomous workflows.
- Develop scalable enablement content – Create guides, training materials, and internal documentation to support the customer success aspect of the role
- Track engagement and success metrics – Monitor usage and outcomes, identify friction points, and propose optimizations.
- Support troubleshooting and escalations – Coordinate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Influence product strategy – Bring user feedback and usage insights to shape future product development.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in technology, financial services, or consulting (e.g. Customer Success, Presales, Product Analyst, Solutions Engineer).
- Top-tier academic background, ideally in STEM, economics, data science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to solving customer problems.
- Clear communicator—able to present ideas persuasively and adapt style across audiences.
- Comfort working in technical environments; bonus if familiar with Python, LLMs, APIs, and/or cloud-based AI tooling.
- Curious and proactive, with a desire to learn quickly and take ownership of outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity—comfortable working on new use cases with evolving playbooks.
- High standards and attention to detail, especially in documentation, analysis, and client communication.

- The salary range for this role is between £40,000 and £50,000 for London-based candidates. Factors that may impact the agreed upon salary within the range for a particular candidate include years of experience, level of education obtained, skill set, and other external factors.
