About The Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee and align the delivery of our core technical capabilities across three strategic OI workstreams: Foundation AI, Audience AI, and Performance AI. This role is pivotal in ensuring technical delivery is efficient, integrated, and scalable across data pipelines, ML infrastructure, and external technical partnerships.

You’ll work closely with product leads, data scientists, ML engineers, and external vendors to scope, coordinate, and drive the successful execution of OI capabilities, support data activation strategies, and upstream AI-powered POCs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the scoping, evaluation, and execution of technical deliverables from core engineering and external tech partners, translating innovation into scalable solutions.

Serve as the technical bridge between platform engineering and product teams, ensuring seamless data flow and system integration.

Own, define and manage delivery plans, cross workstream dependencies and key technical milestones in collaboration with tech and product leads.

Drive technical delivery planning and execution across cross-functional teams in data engineering, ML infrastructure, and AI R&D.

Collaborate with workstream PMs to align tech deliverables with product application needs and timelines.

Ensure delivery and vendor engagements are documented, reviewed, and optimized for impact and reusability.

You'll ideally have: 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management roles in AI/ML, data infrastructure, or cloud-based platforms.

Strong understanding of data pipelines, API orchestration, ML workflows, and scalable architecture.

Proven experience managing external vendors, technical pilots, and partnerships.

Ability to align diverse teams toward common technical outcomes and delivery milestones.

Exceptional communication and coordination skills—comfortable translating between technical and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Gain

A strategic role in building open intelligence project, the next-gen data and AI ecosystem.

A chance to work with forward-thinking data scientists, engineers, and product leads.

The opportunity to shape and scale AI innovation with real business impact across global markets.
