Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
This is a great job for someone with a strong command of financial disciplines and up-to-date knowledge of financial reporting standards, who is motivated to build and sustain effective relationships across Finance and the wider Aviva Investors business.
A bit about the job:
We’re looking for a finance leader to take ownership of delivering timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting across Aviva Investors’ global corporate entities. This role is central to ensuring the integrity of group, statutory, management, and regulatory reporting, while also providing expert guidance on complex technical accounting matters. You’ll lead the external audit process across regions, ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution of issues. Beyond reporting, you’ll drive change initiatives and continuous improvement, streamlining processes, introducing automation, and enhancing the control environment to reduce risk and increase efficiency. This is a high-impact role where your ability to manage risk, influence stakeholders, and deliver results will shape the future of financial reporting at Aviva Investors.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
We’re inclusive and welcome everyone – we want applications from all backgrounds and experiences. Excited but not sure you tick every box? Even if you don’t, we would still encourage you to apply. We also consider all forms of flexible working, including part time and job shares.
We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business, and you. Most of our people are smart working –spending around 50% of their time in our offices every week - combining the benefits of flexibility, with time together with colleagues.
