Role: Product Partnerships Manager
As a Product Partnerships Manager within Capgemini’s Commercial Payments division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our integration strategy with external partners. This role is central to identifying, developing, and managing strategic product partnerships that enhance our B2B payments capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Sales, and Development teams to ensure seamless integration and long-term success of partner relationships.

Role: Product Partnerships Manager
As a Product Partnerships Manager within Capgemini’s Commercial Payments division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our integration strategy with external partners. This role is central to identifying, developing, and managing strategic product partnerships that enhance our B2B payments capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Sales, and Development teams to ensure seamless integration and long-term success of partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Strategy & Execution
- Define and lead the integration strategy for B2B payment partnerships
- Own the end-to-end integration process—from partner selection to launch and business-as-usual (BAU) operations
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration tracker for senior leadership reporting
- Partnership Management
- Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with Capgemini’s product development goals
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners to define integration approaches and technical solutions
- Oversee testing and launch of partner integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Strategy, Product Development, and Sales teams to align on capabilities and go-to-market plans
- Collaborate with Account Development and Product Management to gather market and customer insights
- Engage with Executive Leadership to communicate progress, challenges, and strategic outcomes
- Strategic and Commercial Partners
- Product Strategy and Development Teams
- B2B Sales and Account Development Teams
- Senior Leadership and Executive Committee
- Proven ability to work effectively in small, agile teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and clients
- Deep understanding of the commercial cards industry and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex scenarios
- Expertise in process mapping (value stream and technical)
- Recognized subject matter expertise in accounts payable and B2B payments
- Ability to define technical specifications that directly support strategic business outcomes
