Job Responsibilities

Support The Head Of Expenses With The Monthly Expense Reporting And Annual Budgeting Process. The Main Tasks Are But Not Limited To

  • Collaborate with other internal functions to produce budget vs Actual departmental expense reports.
  • Conducted cost analysis and provided insights to support decision-making.
  • Analyse variances between actual and budgeted figures.
  • Monitor and report on performance against the budget.
  • Help with the production of quarterly Executive expense packs

Working With The Accounts Payable Manager To Deliver a Timely And Accurate Month-end Close. The Main Tasks Are But Not Limited To

  • Review outsourced teams' coding and Journal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Complete Month-end closure journals when required
  • Prepare monthly accrual posting
  • Review monthly fixed asset schedules and review journals
  • Run and maintain the service company trial balance
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

  • AAT or Accounting and Finance Degree essential
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience
  • Work towards professional accounting qualifications with provided study support

Experience

Knowledge of Prepayments, fixed assets and reconciliations necessity

Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, linking and filtering essential
