Fairmead is looking for a Site Manager to take charge of a 27-unit welfare cabin set-up across three floors on a major housing development.

This is a practical, site-based role. You’ll be overseeing the setup, coordinating trades, issuing permits, and getting hands-on when needed — moving materials, stripping out units, and keeping the operation tight and safe.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full setup and strip-out of welfare cabins

• Maintain welfare standards and ensure compliance with all RAMS

• Coordinate trades and labour

• Support with manual tasks – lifting, clearing, minor install/removals

• Work closely with site teams and suppliers to maintain programme and standards

Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

• First Aid at Work

• CSCS Black or Gold card
