Department Overview
A key department within Space NK, the marketing department are responsible for creating campaigns that engage current customers and drive new customer acquisition. The department consists of three teams: marketing and events, digital marketing & digital content.
Role Purpose
The Brand Marketing Coordinator reports to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, working closely with the rest of the marketing department and wider departments across the business. The role is responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity for Space NK led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and confidently present marketing plans for Space NK led initiatives across owned, earned and paid marketing channels, including overviews and detailed schedules.
- Working closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to plan, process manage and execute an optimised calendar of marketing activities for Space NK, ensuring an amazing customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Build strong relationships and act as the key day-to-day contact in the marketing department for Space NK led initiatives, ensuing clear and timely communication of plans.
- Forecast performance and ensure all marketing activity has clearly defined objectives and KPIs that are measurable and align with the business goals.
- Accurately and confidently, record activity and report performance of marketing activity to the wider Space NK business.
- Budget management of relevant cost lines, ensuring spend is in line with plan, accurately tracked and invoices paid.
- Keep up to date on the latest innovations within marketing, proposing new ideas and opportunities that relate to business objectives.
- Experience of developing and presenting marketing plans
- Experience of leading marketing projects and campaigns in a retail environment
- Experience of creating and running customer facing events
- Experience of managing large scale budgets
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Experience managing agencies to deliver against strategic objectives
- Excellent presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills
- A problem-solving approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and influence effectively to all levels of the business and external partners
- The ability to prioritise, use initiative and perform under pressure
