As the super-platform for non-professional soccer in Europe, we bring pro-level experiences (news, data, gamification) to the mega-community of +190 million footballers and soccer fans.
We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany - our team consists of 40+ smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).
We are supported by partners like Krombacher, Flaschenpost, Scalable Capital and DAZN, but there are still 1-2 bangers in the pipeline that you can be excited about! Furthermore, we are supported by successful investors like Ralf Reichert, the CEO of ESL or the entrepreneur Verena Pausder.

You’ll support our UK market entry and help bring top-tier brands (like adidas, Gatorade & Co.) into our ecosystem. You’ll work directly with our Brand Partnership Lead Ferdi, UK Expansion Lead Philipp and our co-founder Lukas, and become a key part of our new UK growth team.

Your mission
- Market & brand research: Spot relevant brands that fit our community
- Lead generation: Identify key decision-makers and open doors
- Outreach & prep: Support our partner meetings through research, messaging and coordination
- Concept creation: Develop creative partnership ideas and turn them into slides and mockups
- CRM ownership: Keep our HubSpot pipeline updated and structured
- Support the pitch: Help us create pitch decks and custom proposals
- Work with data: Collaborate with our analytics team to evaluate opportunities
- Design handover: Brief our design team to bring creative partner concepts to life
- Offer creation: Assist in building commercial proposals and closing deals
- You’re structured, reliable and bring strong attention to detail
- You are driven, highly ambitious and love to get deals done
- You’re a proactive communicator and solid team player
- You’re positive, ambitious and up for a real challenge
- You’re currently studying (or recently graduated from) business, marketing, management or similar
- You speak and write English fluently
- You have some experience with HubSpot, Pitch, Notion or Google Sheets
- You’ve worked in startups, sports, or B2B sales before
- You understand branding, marketing or partnerships
- You are active in team sports or even grassroots football
- Be part of building our UK presence from scratch
