Senior Project Manager

Inside IR35 contract

Rate: ??550 pay per day

Hybrid - Contract will say 2/ 3 days from any one of the 11 hubs across the UK

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to work on a project to implement case management tools within the Agency. The project is entering a Discovery stage and requires a PM to work on setting the project up and working with the team to understand the user requirement, investigate potential procure/ build options and develop the business case. The role requires someone with experience of leading this type of project and ideally experience of working in central Government.

Essential and Desirables

• Demonstrated extensive experience in managing complex software implementation projects, particularly bespoke solutions, with a strong understanding of business implications and data strategies.
• Exceptional proficiency in stakeholder management and fostering productive relationships.
• A proven ability to initiate and lead discovery phases, working collaboratively with Business Analysts and Architects to define precise project scope.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and market engagement methodologies.
• An adaptive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in leading and collaborating with diverse, integrated teams.
• Central Government experience
• Case Management system/ tools experience
• Investigation, enforcement, and litigation domains experience
