About The Role
As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will own and execute our partnerships strategy, leading the development of the partnerships function and shaping how partnerships drive business growth – by unlocking new routes to market and accelerating customer acquisition.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale a key business function from the ground up – transforming it into a high-impact function that directly drives growth. Key Responsibilities
As Senior Partnerships Manager you will:
- Lead the Partnerships Strategy: Develop and execute a high-impact strategy that aligns with business goals and delivers measurable results.
- Leverage Partnerships as a Growth Channel – Use partnerships as a scalable and cost-effective way to reach new customer audiences and accelerate growth.
- Drive Partner Acquisition: Identify, engage and secure valuable partnerships through direct outreach, networking and events.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Craft commercially valuable partnership structures and build strong, scalable collaborations.
- Manage the Pipeline: Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners, ensuring smooth progression from outreach to deal closure.
- Execute with Impact: Take hands-on responsibility for making partnerships happen. Whether it’s coordinating partnership activities, troubleshooting roadblocks, or finding creative solutions, you roll up your sleeves and getting stuck into whatever it takes to get results.
- Optimise Performance: Track, measure, and refine partnership strategies to maximise commercial impact.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams across marketing, sales, finance, tech and product to craft compelling partnership propositions.
- People Management: Lead a team, mentoring junior colleagues to develop in their roles.
About You
- Proven Experience: You have a strong track record of managing commercial partnerships and delivering tangible results.
- Strategic Thinker: You can shape, refine and evolve scalable partnership strategies to maximise impact, in particular those which increase customer acquisition.
- Results-Driven & Fast Paced: You work quickly, focus on what matters most, and consistently deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Hands-On: A true doer—you take ownership and roll up your sleeves to make things happen. You are happy to get involved in things that are new, or outside of your core role to achieve results.
- Independent & Proactive: You’re confident making decisions, finding answers and solving problems without waiting for direction.
- Adaptable: You are a fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity in a scale-up business and are able to pivot quickly when required.
- Excellent Communicator: You demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels.
- Commercial Acumen: You instinctively spot and grasp new opportunities, structuring partnerships that generate revenue, unlock new markets, and fuel customer growth. You can confidently build business cases and design KPIs.

- Negotiation: You have experience in negotiating contracts with commercial and strategic partners.
- Data & Analysis: You can confidently work with a range of data to analyse performance, make effective decisions and communicate key insights.
- Presentations & Marketing Materials: You are able to put together high-impact presentations and other materials, which are appropriate to the target audience.
- Experience of managing partnerships in a high-growth environment.
- Experience of building a function from the ground up, or leading a partnerships team.
