We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Change Manager to contribute to the change management efforts for our Global Talent Framework Program. This initiative aims to design and implement an enterprise-wide talent framework that aligns roles, competencies, and career pathways to support our evolving business needs. The Change Manager will play a critical role in ensuring stakeholder adoption and effective integration of the new framework into the Global organization.
You will be a key member of the Talent Framework Project Team, reporting to the Strategy & Change Director and contributing to the critical success of the Change Management Workstream of this truly global and impactful transformation.

Your Role
Change Strategy & Planning
- Implement the change management strategy set by the Strategy & Change Director aligned with the talent framework project objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness analyses.
- Define and track change management KPIs.
- Identify, engage, and support key stakeholders, including the People Team, Line Managers, Business Leaders, and Employees.
- Design and deliver clear, targeted communication plans and artefacts to articulate the vision, benefits, and changes involved in the talent framework.
- Collaborate with the wider project team and Workstream Leads to develop training plans and materials to support understanding and usage of the new talent framework.
- Creation of change management artefacts including Toolkits, FAQ’s, User guides.
- Coordinate delivery of workshops, briefings, and learning sessions across business units.
- Facilitate and lead Change Management workshops.
- Develop Change Management Artefacts such as Change Gap Analysis, Change Impact Assessments, Communication Plans and Processes.
- Develop tools and processes to monitor adoption rates and resistance points.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and change agents to help them lead their teams through the transition.
- Ensure the talent framework is embedded in key people processes (e.g., performance, development, recruitment).
- Work closely with the HR and project teams to ensure change activities are integrated into the project lifecycle.
- Deliver the change strategy for a Global, enterprise-wide Talent Framework program working within a high performing team.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, HR, and workstream leads to embed role clarity, competencies, and career pathways across the organization.
- Design and execute communication and engagement materials that drive understanding, buy-in, and sustained adoption.
- Develop tools, training, and resources to support people leaders and employees through the transition.
- Lead and support change impact assessments and change readiness activities to inform targeted interventions such as communications, training & support content (i.e. Toolkits) and leadership / business engagement content.
- Monitor adoption, identify resistance, and apply corrective strategies to ensure smooth implementation.
- Influence the integration of the talent framework into key people processes such as performance practices, learning & development, talent acquisition, pay architecture and job architecture.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in change management, ideally within HR or organizational transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., APMG, Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Experience implementing HR frameworks or large-scale talent initiatives is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is an advantage.
- Background in HR, Organizational people change.
- Experience in enterprise-wide frameworks like competency modelling, career framework, job architecture, or role levelling.
- Experience with HR systems and platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Music / Entertainment industry experience is desirable but not essential.
