This long-established contractor specialises in planned capital works, cyclical decorations, major works, and retrofit schemes, working with some of the UK's largest housing associations and local councils.

We are seeking a Skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join the team on a permanent basis, covering sites across North and East London.

Responsibilities:

• Carpentry
• Window care and repairs
• Rendering repairs
• Brick and concrete repairs
• Plastering
• Painting and decorating
• Pointing

Requirements:

• Full UK Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Proven experience in social housing or residential construction
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
