They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to work alongside their Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting skills within a supportive office environment.
The Accounts Assistant's Responsibilities Include
Our client carries out high end residential refurbishments throughout London.
They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to work alongside their Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting skills within a supportive office environment.
The Accounts Assistant's Responsibilities Include
- Processing supplier invoices, preferably using Sage 50
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
- CIS setup and processing vouchers
- Performing bank reconciliations and producing timesheet reports
- Record keeping and filing
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Office-based, Wimbledon
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
