The Opportunity We're seeking a talented Junior Content Creator to help capture and communicate the future of sustainable packaging. In this role, you'll play a key role in capturing and creating both photographic and video content for use in a variety of applications. Your work will help showcase our innovative solutions in sales presentations, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, on our website, and across social media channels such as Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content that reflects the core values of Shellworks: sustainability, innovation, and quality. As part of our fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the planet while growing your expertise. Our Ideal Candidate Must-haves: Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, with an eye for detail and creative composition. Strong skills in content editing (photo and video) using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Resolve, Capcut, or similar tools. Experience with social media content creation, particularly for Instagram and LinkedIn. Knowledge of graphic design principles, with a good understanding of how visuals can support a brand narrative. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Nice-to-haves: A passion for sustainability and an understanding of how design can contribute to environmental solutions. Familiarity with the use AI tools for optimising workflows. Ability to work with other creative tools, eg. Blender , Cinema4D Key Responsibilities CONTENT CREATION Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of Shellworks products, events, and behind-the-scenes activities. Design and Editing: Edit photos and videos to create compelling visual content for use in presentations, social media, and on our website. Social Media: Assist in creating and scheduling content for Shellworks' social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic and messaging. CONTENT STRATEGY Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on content trends and best practices, suggesting new ways to elevate Shellworks' digital presence. Content Strategy: Assist in planning and executing content calendars for regular social media updates and marketing campaigns.. COLLABORATION Collaborative Work: Work closely with the creative and sales team to understand the goals and vision behind each project, ensuring the content aligns with broader marketing and branding strategies. Brand Representation: Help tell the Shellworks story through visual content that showcases our commitment to sustainability and innovation
