Description

As our new Sales Manager, you serve as a trusted consultant with partners consistently bringing them creative, solution-oriented ideas and products to meet their business challenges as well as goals and objectives.

You will be using your organisation and communication skills effectively but most of all - you will be passionate about sport and delivering the very best service to all stakeholders involved in the sales process.

As Sales Manager at an incredible time of growth, you will work closely with all departments within the DAZN Media Universe as well as with external sales partners to maximize advertising revenue. Your responsibilities will include expanding existing partnerships/relationships into broader contracts that support multiple revenue streams.

As our new Sales Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver sales and revenue targets against all DAZN products (OTT, YouTube, Podcast etc.)
  • You will be a DAZN ambassador, acting as an expert to our clients and agencies
  • Generate a high volume of sales-related activity via existing relationships, cold calls, meetings, requests for proposals
  • Serve as a trusted consultant with partners consistently bringing them creative, solution-oriented ideas, products, and content concepts to meet their business challenges as well as goals and objectives
  • Develop and drive business cases to satisfy client’s needs
  • Research and develop market insights and competitor evaluation
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of DAZN Group’s advertising wide range of products and solutions
  • Work closely with your manager as well as other departments to achieve internal revenue goals, expectations, and future forecasts

You'll have:

  • Long-term experience within the media industry, ideally TV/OTT and a real passion for sport
  • Existing high-level relationships with marketing stakeholders of the biggest advertisers, preferably with some multi-market contacts
  • Proven sales ability within account management, new business and concept creation; clear evidence of delivering against performance targets
  • Expertise in programmatic advertising and/or TV advertising
  • Rich experience in working at or with a media agency or (sports-)video broadcaster
  • Proficiency to work under tight deadlines to develop and execute deal elements
  • A clear understanding of the importance of client service and professional follow up
  • Proactive attitude and knows how to drive duties across the finish line
  • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively, sell, and communicate with team cross collaboratively
  • Highly entrepreneurial spirit, organized and able to function independently as well as with other internal teams.
  • Able to deal with rapidly changing priorities and business circumstances
  • Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a goal-oriented culture
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
