Copia Capital is wholly owned by the Wealthtime group. Wealthtime are an award-winning financial technology company based in the heart of Bath. We provide a comprehensive wealth management service or ‘full wrap platform’ for Financial Advisers and their clients.

About The Role

The role holder will be responsible for updating data, generating performance reports, factsheets and assisting the Portfolio Managers in analysing and managing investment portfolios/funds.

They will also support sales and marketing activity through the provision of effective research, insight and content relating to Copia managed portfolios/funds and capital market/the economy in general.

We offer a flexible hybrid working model, for this role you will be required to work from the London office three days per week with the typical pattern being Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to processes and controls in place for generating performance portfolios
• Produce regular investment information such as portfolio/fund performance, risk and holdings analysis via, for example, monthly factsheets and quarterly investment reviews
• Create and maintain pitch documents as well as Copia Investment Committee reports
• Assist in maintaining the Copia website
• Prepare customised investment analysis to support the Portfolio Managers in communicating their views
• Ensure that the appropriate document version control is in place and always maintained
• Support the development of sales and marketing material to support the sales teams and related marketing campaigns
• Work with the sales teams to provide investment research/analysis and respond to any queries.
• Achieve and actively maintain skills and knowledge to adhere to Training and Competency standards, including continuous professional development.

Essential

• Degree educated or equivalent, ideally in Finance or a related subject
• Understanding of the basic concepts in finance
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
