About the Role

1. To achieve compliance with statutory requirements through investigation, inspection and property Licensing. 2. To achieve Council and service unit objectives by improving the living conditions for households privately renting 3. To ensure non-compliant landlords are enforced against using the most appropriate legislation.

About the Team

The private sector housing team is currently a small group of people passionate about improving conditions in the private rented sector of our Borough. We are a very friendly team and will aim to ensure the successful candidate is very happy and supported.
