Our client continues to grow and is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Building Services Designer to join their expanding team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to further their career while helping lead and develop the electrical engineering design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and preparing designs across the full range of building services.
• Supervising and overseeing site installations carried out by others.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of health and safety plans and documentation.
• Conducting troubleshooting related to energy consumption and internal environmental conditions; preparing surveys, reports, schedules, dilapidation studies, and feasibility reports.
• Preparing and planning maintenance specifications and procedures, including contract management and reporting.
• Overseeing energy strategies and ensuring compliance with Part L regulations.
• Managing the delivery of building services design work within the team.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and fostering repeat business opportunities.
• Preparing fee proposals and negotiating appointments with clients (subject to director approval).
• Supporting the professional development of team members, including succession planning and career progression.
