Surveyor / Senior Property Manager – Retail & Mixed Use

A growing real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking to recruit a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor / Senior Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a national retail led, mixed use portfolio.

Based in London, my client delivers high-quality property and asset management services across multi-let retail and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a UK-wide shopping centre focused portfolio

• Oversee service charge budgets, tenant relationships, and compliance

• Deliver ESG, commercialisation, and marketing strategies

• Lead client reporting and site inspections

• Support on-site teams and junior staff

About You:

• Experience in commercial/retail property management

• MRICS (preferred but not essential)

• Knowledge of RICS service charge code & H&S legislation

• Strong communication, financial and leadership skills
