Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a talented front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of customer service and team performance.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently, and all guests have a memorable dining experience.

Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, making them feel valued and ensuring they want to return.

Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, with a focus on growth and progression within the company.

Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.

Manage stock levels and ensure health and safety compliance at all times.

Work closely with the restaurant management team to develop strategies for improving sales, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

Support in administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, payroll, and inventory control.
