Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently, and all guests have a memorable dining experience.

• Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, making them feel valued and ensuring they want to return.

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, with a focus on growth and progression within the company.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.

• Manage stock levels and ensure health and safety compliance at all times.

• Support in administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, payroll, and inventory control.
