As a Technical Support Consultant, you'll provide crucial 2nd Line Application Management Support that helps keep NHS Breast Screening Units operational throughout England, meaning the work you do could help to save lives.

As well as providing both technical and functional support, there will also be occasional project work including integrations, server upgrades, application management, and change management.

Ideally, you’ll be based in London, as you will be required to be in the office a certain number of days per week (depending on the rota/business needs - we work Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30), but you can work from home for the rest.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in similar Application Management Support roles and/or healthcare services (end user in Cancer Screening Services with a desire to progress and/or strong willingness to learn)
  • Experience with Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) is critical, particularly migrations and working with 3rd party suppliers
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle both straightforward and complex issues
  • Experience of working with SLAs, and able to manage tickets according to priorities and deadlines
  • A passion for providing excellent Customer Service
  • Strong functional and/or technical skills within a support application managed services environment
  • Please note that successful applicants will be required to pass Security Check (SC) clearance for this role. In order to be considered, you must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years*
