Your profile
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the lettings function in Chiswick and surrounding areas
- Securing new instructions through business development, valuations, and local networking
- Building strong relationships with landlords, applicants, and the community
- Working closely with our central progression team to deliver seamless move-ins
- Coaching and supporting your team to hit targets and maintain high standards
- Collaborating with our wider group in marketing, property management, and compliance
- Proven experience in residential lettings, with strong market knowledge
- Natural business developer with confidence in valuations and negotiations
- A visible leader with team management experience and coaching ability
- Someone who understands the importance of community presence in agency success
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Competitive base salary with uncapped OTE
- Company car or generous car allowance
- Support from a central progression team to reduce admin burden
