Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare
• Experience in an early years setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for child development through play-based learning
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
• Support children's development in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive areas
• Observe and assess progress, maintaining accurate records
• Ensure a safe, stimulating environment that fosters learning and exploration
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
