About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially focused and strategically minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead Shark’s distribution marketing strategy across the Nordic region. Sitting within the SharkNinja EMEA marketing team, this role will play a vital part in shaping how the Shark brand is presented across key Nordic retail and distribution partners – both in-store and online.

You’ll be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing plans that resonate with Nordic consumers, support commercial goals, and strengthen our presence in this important region. Working cross-functionally with local sales teams, trade marketing, PR, and the wider European marketing hub, you’ll bring together insight, creativity, and precision to drive performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement Nordic-specific distribution marketing strategies aligned to local consumer needs and retailer priorities.
• Partner with the European Marketing Hub to lead Trade Marketing and in-store/online execution across the Nordic region.
• Work closely with local Sales and Retail teams to drive activation across key accounts, ensuring strong conversion and brand visibility.
• Track campaign performance, report on KPIs, and refine plans to improve ROI and in-market effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with key Nordic retail partners, acting as the marketing lead for all distribution-focused initiatives.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience in a senior marketing or channel/distribution role, ideally with a focus on the Nordic retail environment.
• A strong record of delivering commercially successful marketing campaigns across physical and digital retail channels.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to operate across functions and geographies.
• Strong analytical and budget management capabilities, with a clear understanding of performance metrics and ROI.
• A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication skills in English (Nordic language skills a plus).
