Description

At Amazon, we strive to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, where people can come to find and discover anything they might want to buy online. Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on board, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more. The approach and technology are nothing short of disruptive, and promise to challenge traditional approaches, and change the way the industry operates.

Amazon Flex is continuing to build a high paced and lean team to implement and expand new initiatives across our network to improve speed, customer and driver experience, while reducing cost-to-serve. Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and (most importantly) customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager as part of Flex Operational Excellence.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing new projects and process improvements to improve the customer experience, driver experience, and cost within our logistics networks. You will own goals, up to VP-level, and be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap to ensure timely delivery of goals. You will find opportunities to scale initiatives WW by working with local program managers in other Flex countries to ensure maximum impact to the organization.
