We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Onsite IT Support Technician to join our team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will provide critical, onsite IT support to local users and act as the key liaison to various support teams.

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Onsite IT Support Technician to join our team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will provide critical, onsite IT support to local users and act as the key liaison to various support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support for end-user workplace technologies including laptops, thin clients, and peripherals.
- Carry out hardware-related tasks such as cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, and system resets.
- Manage local IT stock and coordinate storage activities, ensuring proper asset tracking and availability.
- Serve as the onsite "eyes and hands" for the technical room, assisting with basic server and networking support under remote guidance.
- Collaborate with global AZ Tech teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-level hardware and connectivity issues.
- Respond to ad hoc IT support needs as required.
- Previous experience in IT support, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of end-user devices, hardware setups, and basic networking principles.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both local and remote teams.
- Organised, reliable, and capable of managing IT stock and documentation accurately.
- A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues.
