We are looking for a Commercial Executive to work within Montgomery Group Food, Drink & Hospitality Division on one of our most renowned shows - IFE, - the UK's largest and most successful food & drink product sourcing platform taking place annually at Excel, London as part of Food Drink & Hospitality Week.

The central London, dog friendly offices are close to the bustle of Oxford Street & Marylebone High Street with private access to Manchester Square Gardens. Hybrid working is offered to all applicants with a minimum of at least 4 days in the office. Core hours are 9-5pm, flexibility outside these hours will be required to suit the needs of the business.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Executive to join the IFE team, one of the most prominent and respected shows in the food and drink industry, as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week.

In this role, you will contribute to the commercial success of the event by selling exhibition space to both returning and prospective exhibitors. You will collaborate closely with the Event Director and cross-functional show teams, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure the success and continuous development of the event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell exhibition space via phone and face-to-face meetings to new and existing clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Identify and develop commercial opportunities through attendance at industry and competitor events.
  • Build sector knowledge and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on event strategy and deliverables.
