The Role:

• Support students in KS3 and KS4, both in-class and in small intervention groups
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support learning and well being
• Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Assist in developing students' confidence, independence, and academic progress
• Contribute to EHCP support and classroom differentiation as needed
  
  

What We're Looking For in a Teacher Assistant:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school or similar setting
• Understanding of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and speech/language needs
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
