Stephen James BMW is looking for a Vehicle Progressor to join our team.
Your role
As the Vehicle Progressor support, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient imaging, advertising, and presentation of used vehicles for sale across our Ruxley, Bromley, Woolwich, and Blackheath sites. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining BMW/MINI’s exceptional standards and contributing to our outstanding customer experience.
The main duties of the role include.
Working hours, Monday – Friday, 8am–6pm

Your role
As the Vehicle Progressor support, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient imaging, advertising, and presentation of used vehicles for sale across our Ruxley, Bromley, Woolwich, and Blackheath sites. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining BMW/MINI’s exceptional standards and contributing to our outstanding customer experience.
The main duties of the role include.
- Be knowledgeable about all cars that come through the Used Car Department.
- Photograph and list all used vehicles within 8 days of arrival, adhering to manufacturer guidelines
- Capture and catalogue vehicle images and videos for both internal and external use.
- Ensure accurate pricing on used vehicles and align point-of-sale materials with the latest pricing updates
- Manage stock documentation, including ETAG logs and AUC compliance.
- Provide holiday cover across sites and support vehicle logistics.
Working hours, Monday – Friday, 8am–6pm
Your profile
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid, clean UK driving license.
