About Mous

We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) People deserve tech and lifestyle

products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised and empower them to be their

best. That's why we're building the go-to brand focused squarely on delivering just

that.

We have consistently built our in-house expertise and spent millions in research and development on our relentless pursuit to making the best products possible.

Over the past 10 years we have focused on pushing the performance of products

and creating engaging content to guide millions of customers to high quality

Mous products rather than making cheap products for Amazons algorithm. All

with the aspiration that we can raise the standards of the industry and provide

people with better products.

We're creating products that empower people to be their best, whether they're on a wild adventure or commuting through the city. No matter what your everyday life looks like you can trust our products to remove frustrations, expand your experiences and help you to live without limits.

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our fast-growing team. As we scale our product offering and expand our global presence, this is an exciting opportunity to get stuck into a wide variety of projects across our Shopify stores and Amazon marketplaces. You'll play a key role in executing our digital roadmap - from product launches to campaign execution and QA - helping to build the world’s best tech accessories.

About You

You're a proactive and driven team player with a passion for E-Commerce and a strong eye for detail. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and love making processes run smoother. Ideally, you have experience with Shopify, a solid working knowledge of Excel, and are eager to grow with a brand that’s constantly evolving.

Key Responsibilities:

Internationalisation

  • Assist in launching and localising additional European storefronts as we expand into new international markets.
  • Manage and maintain content accuracy across all territories, ensuring language, pricing, and product details are tailored to each region.

Site & Campaign Management

  • Maintain and update our four Shopify stores (UK, US, EU, ROW), ensuring all content, assets, and merchandising are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the launch and execution of marketing campaigns - writing briefs, coordinating timelines, and ensuring all assets are delivered on time.

Product & Merchandising

  • Coordinate new product launches from end to end, across both site and marketplaces.
  • Support the wider team in building and managing site merchandising strategies to push the right products to the right audience.
  • Use Excel and reporting tools to analyse product performance, making data-driven suggestions to boost sales and improve customer experience.

QA Testing

  • Work closely with Brand, Creative, and external developers to deliver seamless and high-performing site updates.
  • Own day-to-day QA testing of new features, bug fixes, and code deployments, ensuring everything is functioning as expected before go-live.

Skills requirements:

Must-haves:

  • A 2:1 degree from a strong university
  • 0–2 years’ experience in an E-Commerce role or similar
  • Exceptional attention to detail - nothing escapes you!
  • Strong organisation, with the ability to run processes and improvement cycles
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
  • Passion for DTC brands, tech accessories, and delivering standout customer experiences
  • Confidence using Shopify and Google Analytics – not essential!

What’s in it for you?

  • Be part of a passionate team with significant growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with an exciting brand and be a part of our journey

About Our Values

We have established 3 core values, which inform and enhance the way we work. We expect anyone joining the business to embrace these values as essential parts of Mous life, and we’re looking for people who will build upon them in fresh and inspiring ways.

  • Get Results

By comprehending our business plan, each person can ensure that they are taking accountability for their contribution towards it. We value strategic prioritisation, ensuring that everyone is enabled to deliver their best work. We also champion traits such as innovation, grit and resilience – we think differently and aren’t afraid to fail.

  • Work Together

We value collaboration highly, recognising that there’s a lot to be learned from each other, and are always prepared to listen. We encourage regular peer feedback, readily praising great work as well as challenging one another candidly. We like to celebrate what makes us both unique and united, committing to regular IDEA initiatives and finding opportunities to support our local communities.

  • Enjoy The Ride

We invite everyone at Mous to grab new opportunities and find ways to make each role their own. Things can change fast in an unpredictable industry like ours, so we always want to stay agile. And of course we don’t just work hard – we also like to let our hair down and enjoy the more social aspects of being part of our brilliant team!

About Our Commitment

Mous is an equal opportunity employer, and as a brand, we value authenticity and integrity. We strive to be different and know that if we are to create the most innovative products and deliver the best customer experience, we need to build a diverse team of individuals who can bring a variety of skills, experiences, and perspectives to the table. No matter your age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, or physical ability, at Mous, your individuality is celebrated.

As a D2C business and heavy user of plastics, we understand (and take very seriously) our responsibility to the planet. To stay true to our word, we've placed "Planet" firmly in our key business objectives and have formed a dedicated team, alongside our cofounders, to build an ESG plan we're proud of. Ultimately, we want to create a better world through our actions and we're doing so across our products, how we transport from A to B, and socially.
